Chris says: Peanut cookies are very
easy to make and we always have some around the house.
These cookies will store for quite awhile in an air-tight container, and
you can adjust the quantities in this recipe to produce the number
you want very easily too.
This mixture will make about 30 to 35 cookies. If you need a greater
or lesser amount, vary the ingredient quantities as appropriate.
