Add 1 cup of breadcrumbs and all the remaining ingredients into the meat-egg
mix and blend together thoroughly
When combined, shape the mix into a loaf and coat with the rest of the
breadcrumbs
Wrap the loaf in aluminium foil and place it into the loaf tin
Bake in a slow oven - 325o F or about 170o C - for
around 90 minutes
Serve cold in the summer or hot in the winter

favourite with our family. It takes a little while to prepare but the result
is absolutely delicious!
However, you can serve it hot in winter and it tastes every bit as good then
too.
If you serve this dish hot, then seasonal vegetables are good accompaniments.
If served cold, this meatloaf goes really well with a fresh garden salad
and a side of crusty fresh bread.
