use this versatile sauce with pasta, chicken, fish or any other dish you
think you'd like to add it to. It's very easy to make and delicious hot
or cold.
Ingredients:

1/4 cup peanut
butter (at room temperature)

1/4 cup plain
non-fat yoghurt

1 garlic clove
(minced)

1 teaspoon
soy sauce

1 teaspoon
sugar

1/4 teaspoon
dark sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon
ground ginger

1 tablespoon
hot water
-
1/8 teaspoon
crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste)
Method:

Combine all
the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth using either
a wire whisk or a blender. Simple!
Tip:
This recipe
will make about half a cup of creamy peanut sauce. You can store any unused
sauce in the refrigerator for about a week, providing it's
covered.
