Ingredients:

12 cooked
prunes (pitted prunes from a packet are fine)

1/3 cup of
cottage cheese

1 teaspoon
of grated orange rind

2 tablespoons
of chopped peanuts

Salt to
taste

Mayonnaise
Method:

Chill the prunes
(if you're using fresh prunes, make sure they're pitted)

Combine the
cottage cheese, orange rind, peanuts and salt

Moisten the
mixture with mayonnaise and stuff it into the prunes

Serve on salad
greens as an entree or party savory
Tip:
